For sales teams and owners who suspect the CRM is not pulling its weight

Is your CRM actually helping you sell?

Overdue tasks pile up. Hot leads sit next to cold ones. Renewal dates exist but nobody trusts them. Reps work from memory and spreadsheets, and leadership stops believing the reports. Most CRMs get there quietly, and nobody notices until a deal is lost.

Answer five questions and see where yours stands, in about 60 seconds.

Sound familiar?

What a broken CRM looks like from the inside.

If three or more of these describe your team, the system is costing you sales right now.

Hundreds of tasks are overdue, so nobody looks at the task list anymore.
Hot leads are buried in the same view as leads that went cold a year ago.
Follow-up depends on the rep remembering. Some customers never hear back.
Renewal dates are in the system, but nobody trusts them enough to act on them.
Duplicate contacts and incomplete records mean two reps call the same prospect, or nobody does.
Automations were set up once by someone who is gone. Some still run. Some quietly stopped.
Leadership asks for a pipeline report and gets three different answers.
There are no weekly targets, so activity is whatever happened to happen.
Salespeople keep their real notes in email and spreadsheets because the CRM is "a mess."

The CRM Audit and Report

$297

Those five questions were your own read on things. The Audit is the actual check: a read-only scan of your CRM records, scored by category, with every finding reviewed by Mark before it reaches you.

  • A health score out of 100 across seven categories, so you have a number instead of an impression.
  • Lead routing and follow-up. Where leads land, who touches them, and how long that takes.
  • Data quality. Duplicates, stale records, missing fields that stop automations from firing.
  • Automations and integrations. What is still running, what quietly stopped, and whether forms, calls and chat actually reach the CRM.
  • Renewals, tasks and reporting. Whether the system is protecting the revenue it should be protecting.
  • A prioritized repair plan with a flat price for the work, if repair makes sense.

Where your points came from

How it works

Symptoms. Audit. Prioritize. Fix. Enable. Measure.

The same sequence every time, whether the fix takes a week or becomes a longer project. Nothing in your live CRM changes until you approve it.

Step 1

Symptoms

The free score. Five questions about what your team actually experiences.

Step 2

Audit

A read-only scan of your records, scored across seven categories. $297, credited toward the project if you hire us for the recommended work within 30 days.

Step 3

Prioritize

A written plan: what is broken, what matters first, and what the repair costs. Flat price, approved before work starts.

Step 4

Fix

Task and renewal structure, routing, cleanup, automations, reporting. Done to your approval.

Step 5

Enable

A handover packet and a walkthrough so the sales team keeps using it after we are gone.

Step 6

Measure

The score gets run again. You see the before and after in the same numbers.

Anything bigger than a standard repair, such as a migration or a ground-up rebuild, is scoped as its own project under a separate agreement.

Proof: one real rebuild

A regional office-equipment dealer in Michigan.

The sales team had a real CRM with years of history in it, and it had quietly stopped doing its job. More than 400 tasks were overdue. Hot leads sat next to cold ones. Renewal dates existed but nobody trusted them, and there were no weekly targets. Mark audited the system read-only, scored it, then rebuilt the task and renewal structure, restored activity logging, set weekly targets, and built a weekly automation that pulls email activity into the CRM.

47 → 86CRM health score, out of 100, from audit to rebuild
101Renewal tasks activated and tracked
16+Accounts restored to dated activity logging
12Verified lead conversations from the first prioritized outreach
6Follow-up appointments booked from those conversations

The sales team made those calls. Mark's rebuilt system identified and prioritized the accounts to call first. Mark later walked roughly 50 sales executives through the audit, the score and the fix at a Washtenaw Business Association event.

Works with most CRMs

The framework is about the sales process, not the software.

The seven-category scoring framework can be adapted to most CRMs when sufficient data access, exports or API access are available. We look at how leads move, how follow-up happens and what the reports say, then fix the parts that are costing you sales.

What the audit needs from you

  • Read-only access, an export, or API access to the CRM
  • A short conversation about how the sales process is supposed to work
  • About a week for the scan and the written report

What we will tell you plainly

  • If the problem is process, not software, we say so
  • If your CRM needs more than a repair, that is a separate scoped project, not a surprise
  • If a platform is outside what we can support, we say that before you pay

The tools speed up the scan. A person decides what matters.

Mark Stiles

Mark Stiles reviews every finding.

AI tools help scan and organize records far faster than a person could by hand. Then Mark reads the results, decides what is real, throws out what is not, and writes the plan. No automation touches your live CRM without a person confirming it first.

Mark has spent more than three decades in business and marketing, including seven years leading marketing for a healthcare group as it grew from six clinics to twelve locations. Fix My CRM Fast is a service of his practice, Mark Stiles Marketing, LLC. His full background is here.

Questions people ask first

Straight answers before you start.

What if the fix costs more than I expect?+
You will not be billed for open-ended work. The Audit gets you a written report and a fixed price for whatever repair is actually needed, and you approve that price before anything else happens. If your CRM needs more than a standard repair covers, that becomes a separate, clearly scoped project you agree to in writing.
Is my CRM data safe with AI involved?+
Nothing in your CRM is left to an unsupervised system. AI tools help scan and organize records faster than manual review alone, but Mark reviews every finding before it reaches you, and no automation touches your live CRM without a person confirming it first. The Audit itself is read-only. It cannot write to, merge or delete a record.
Which CRMs do you work with?+
The framework looks at the sales process, so it can be adapted to most CRMs when we can get read-only access, an export or API access. Tell us what you use when you start the audit. If it is a platform we cannot support well, we will say so before you pay.
What if I am not happy with the fixes?+
We stand behind the work. If something is not right once the fix is complete, tell us and we keep working on it until it matches what was scoped and agreed to, at no additional charge.
Can I skip the audit and go straight to the fix?+
We would rather not, and here is why: the audit is what tells us what to fix first and what the repair should cost. If you hire us for the recommended work within 30 days of receiving the audit, the $297 is credited toward the project, so you are not paying twice. If you already have a recent audit from someone else, send it along and we will tell you whether it is enough to work from.
Is this the same company as Mark Stiles Marketing or The AI Guyz?+
Yes. Fix My CRM Fast is a service brand of Mark Stiles Marketing, LLC, a Michigan company. Fix My CRM Fast handles CRM diagnostics and repair. The AI Guyz handles website, listings, search and AI visibility. The same person stands behind the work under either name.
