Know Exactly What's Broken — Without Handing Over the Keys

One read-only Audit & Report for $297. If you move forward within 30 days, that $297 is credited in full toward your fix — so the full fix is $1,497 all-in, up to 10 items, done within 15 business days. Every audit is read-only: we tell you what we found in writing, and we never touch, merge, or delete a single record.

🔒 The audit is 100% read-only — no exceptions
How It Works

You Get the Findings. You Decide What Happens Next.

We separated "tell us what's wrong" from "go fix it" on purpose. That's what keeps our diagnostic work fast, affordable, and free of the legal weight that comes with anyone editing your live systems.

1

You Grant Read-Only Access

A scoped, reporting-only connection to your CRM. Nothing is written, merged, or deleted at any point during the audit.

2

You Get a Report Card

Grades by category, an overall score out of 100, and a prioritized list of what to fix first and why it matters. Every finding reviewed by a person.

3–5 business days
3

You Choose the Next Move

Fix it yourself, hand the report to any vendor, or give us the go-ahead — up to 10 fixes, completed within 15 business days.

Fixes within 15 business days
Your $297 is credited in full toward your fix if you move forward within 30 days. Book the Audit & Report, get your report card, and if you give us the go-ahead within 30 days, the full $297 comes off the fix — so the complete job is $1,497 all-in (you pay a $1,200 balance). Wait past 30 days and the fix is $1,497 on its own. Either way, walk away and the $297 bought you a complete report card and an action plan you own. There is no losing side of that decision.
How our timelines work. All timelines are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays and any posted office closures). Your fix window begins the day you approve your report and give us the go-ahead — not before. Because some fixes need your input, testing, or a login to a connected system, the clock pauses whenever we're waiting on something from you, and we'll tell you the moment we are. The fix window covers the up to 10 items in your report; work larger than a repair — a migration, a rebuild, or net-new construction — is scoped and scheduled separately. Within those terms, we hold ourselves to the dates above, every time.

🔒

No customer data is ever touched during your audit. We connect through a read-only API scoped to reporting permissions only. We can see what's broken, where, and how much it's costing you — we cannot write to, merge, or delete a single record. The hands-on fix is a separate, approved step you give the go-ahead on. That split is deliberate: it's what lets us move fast, price affordably, and keep your data exactly where you left it.

Do the Math

You Already Pay for the Engine. Nobody's Checking the Oil.

Most teams spend five figures a year on the sales system itself — and not one dollar making sure it's actually working. That gap is where the leaks live.

Your annual sales-software spend (10 seats)
Salesforce Enterprise licenses$21,000/yr
HubSpot Sales Hub Pro (year one)$13,500
Typical implementation project$25,000+
Someone verifying it all works$0 — no one
The layer that protects that spend
CRM Audit & Report (read-only)$297
Full CRM Fix — up to 10 items$1,497
Ongoing monitoring, every month$499/mo
Less than one month of your license bill puts a person on your whole investment — catching what's broken and fixing it.

License figures reflect published 2026 list pricing for a 10-seat team; your negotiated rates may vary. The verification gap, unfortunately, doesn't.

What Moves the Number

Why Scope Changes the Price, Not Company Size

Two companies on the same CRM can need very different work. These are the factors that usually decide whether your report points to a clean 10-item fix or something bigger.

📊

One System or Several

If your CRM is the whole story, the fix stays inside the 10-item window. If leads move through a website, an email platform, and a CRM before anyone sees them, your report will show which connections need repair too.

🔗

How Often Things Change

A database touched daily by a growing sales team decays faster than one that's mostly static. Monthly monitoring exists for the first case, not the second.

🔐

Compliance Exposure

Basic GDPR/CCPA field hygiene is part of every audit. Regulated industries and larger contact volumes tend to need the ongoing check that comes with monitoring.

🧭

Repair or Rebuild

Ten targeted fixes solve most CRMs. A wrong-platform migration or a ground-up rebuild is a different animal — scoped as its own project, so the fix price stays honest.

⚠ Separate engagement · separate contract · write access required
If the Job Is Bigger Than a Repair

Projects, From $5,000+

The Full CRM Fix covers up to 10 items from your report. When your findings point to something larger — a CRM-to-CRM migration, a ground-up rebuild, custom workflow logic, or a full compliance overhaul — that becomes a scoped project starting at $5,000+. Hands-on work like this means writing to your live systems, so it only happens under its own signed services agreement that spells out exactly what we're authorized to touch, for how long, and with what oversight.

Why this lives apart from the fix price: the moment anyone — us included — writes to your live CRM, the legal picture changes. We'd rather be plain about that split than blur it for a smoother pitch. Ask us about a project after you've seen your report; we're glad to walk through exactly what scoped access would look like before anything is signed.
🛡️

Findings You Can Verify

Every finding points to a specific place in your own system. If we got one wrong, we re-scan and re-issue your report at no cost.

🔓

No Lock-In, Ever

Take your report and fix it yourself, hire someone else, or bring us in. It's your data and your call.

🔒

Read-Only Audit, Always

The audit connects read-only. We report what we find; we only ever write to your CRM under a separate agreement you approve first.

Pricing Questions

A Few Things Clients Usually Ask

Do you ever touch or change anything in my CRM?

Not during the audit — the $297 Audit & Report is read-only, full stop. The only way we ever write to a live system is the separately-contracted Full CRM Fix (or a larger project), and only after you've given the go-ahead authorizing it.

How does the $1,200 balance work?

You pay $297 for the Audit & Report. If you decide to move forward with the fix within 30 days, we credit that $297 in full — so you pay a $1,200 balance and the complete job is $1,497 all-in. If you wait past 30 days, the fix is $1,497 on its own. Moving inside the window effectively makes your audit free.

What if I only want the audit — is there pressure to upgrade?

No. Plenty of clients take the report and fix things themselves or hand it to their own developer, and that's a fine outcome. The report is yours to keep and use however you like.

Is the $297 refundable if I decide not to move forward?

The $297 covers real diagnostic work — a full read-only scan and a human-reviewed report you keep either way — so it isn't refundable once delivered. What it is: credited in full toward your fix if you proceed within 30 days, which effectively makes the audit free when you move forward. And if any finding turns out to be wrong, we re-scan and re-issue at no cost.
